1. Introduction Welcome to Dallas Hollidays. By using our rental services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Advance Booking: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will not be refunded.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method. If you paid via PayPal or credit card, refunds will be issued to the same account or card used for payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

3. Property Usage

  • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 12 a.m, and check-out is before 12 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional fees.
  • Cleaning Service: A cleaning fee is included in your rental price. A cleaning service will be provided before and after your stay. Guests must ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition.

4. Inventory and Responsibilities

  • Inventory: An inventory list of items provided (e.g., linens, kitchenware) will be given. Guests are responsible for returning all items in the same condition as received.
  • Damage and Loss: Guests will be liable for any damage to or loss of property. Costs for repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit or charged directly if necessary.

5. Rules and Regulations

  • Behavior: Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum.
  • Smoking and Pets: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Parties and Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted.

  • Maintenance: Landlords must ensure the property is maintained and in good working order.
  • Compliance: Landlords must comply with all local regulations and laws regarding property rentals.
  • Communication: Landlords should provide timely responses to guest inquiries and concerns.

7. Liability

  • Guest Liability: Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the property and agree to hold the landlord harmless from any claims or damages.
  • Landlord Liability: Landlords are responsible for ensuring the property is safe and compliant with applicable laws.
