Listing your place as featured is easy! Simply follow the normal listing process, and if you’d like to highlight your property as a featured listing, just request it during submission. Right now, this option is available at no extra cost, so take advantage and give your property extra visibility!
To ensure a pleasant stay for all, guests are expected to treat the property with respect, follow house rules, and maintain cleanliness. Please communicate any issues promptly, avoid disturbing neighbors, and check out on time. Our priority is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for both guests and hosts.
Payments are handled securely through PayPal. Guests can easily pay for their stay using PayPal, and once the booking is confirmed, the host will receive the payment directly through their PayPal account. This ensures a smooth and safe transaction for both parties.
Reservations are confirmed once payment is processed through PayPal. Guests can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the check-in time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may not be eligible for a refund, so we encourage you to review your plans carefully before booking.
As a host, you’ll receive your payment 24 hours after your guest checks out. The payment will be processed and deposited directly into your PayPal account, ensuring a secure and timely transaction.
If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before the check-in time, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may not be eligible for a refund. Please review the cancellation policy carefully to ensure eligibility.
